Allcap acquired Haslin Constructions in December 2025 alongside strategic partners and wholesale investors. Haslin specialises in complex water, transport, energy and civil infrastructure: 30 years, around 300 projects, more than $1.5Bn delivered.

Ownership came with a plan, not just a cheque. Within ninety days we installed a new board, established formal budgeting and covenant reporting, novated the bonding facility with headroom for growth, and began introducing group development projects into Haslin’s pipeline. That work is now showing in the order book.

Eurobodalla Southern Storage Dam: a 3,000 megalitre off-river water storage delivered by Haslin for Eurobodalla Shire Council on the New South Wales south coast.
